Hospitals for people are not this good . People are friendly and no stress when dealing with the vet who explains everything before you leave. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing with plenty of parking right in front . Our 3 cats were well cared for. Thanks everyone
The team here are absolutely lovely and I always felt like they genuinely cared about my gorgeous girl. When it came time to say goodbye the team here were so compassionate and caring- for this reason, I will bring any and all future fur babies here!
Poor experience with customer service today. Reception staff out back chatting and watching videos instead of attending to the waiting room. Rude tone when eventually greeted, really disappointing encounter given lack of veterinary options open on a Sunday.
I just popped in for some information and they were extremely polite and helpful. Yet to have my cats treated so cannot comment on that service as yet, but judged on their attitude I will go back.
Such lovely people. They looked after our dog well through her life. They were amazing in helping us through her passing on!
Brought my guinea pig here for neutering, and omg from the very first phone call they were amazing, they took such good care of spud, op went amazing, they gave me 5 days worth of anti inflammatory and pain killers to take home aswell as a sachet of critical care. So glad I chose to take my boy here. Great with GUINEA PIGS. And price was fantastic! Exactly what I got quoted no extra hidden costs. Thank you 😊
These guys are offering food, water and accommodation for pets displaced by the fire. I heard this second hand but that's deserving of a shout out if you ask me. Thanks guys.
All the vets at Drovers are really patient and accommodating! I have 2 foster bunnies who are really hard to handle because they are terrified but Dr. Aimee and her colleague tried so hard to calm them down so we could vaccinate. I felt bad that we may haven taken up so much of their time but they were really nice and reassuring about it. Thank you so much!
